Great brunch spot w/ lots of choices. Cute space. BYOB, but the Mock-tails were tasty. Only drawback was the 1.5 hr table limit. With 6 people for brunch, we end up needing more time.

Wonderful first time at Hatch 44 Cafe! Our waiter (Z) was super nice and attentive. We ordered the fiesta scrambled and the Lox Benedict, both delicious. I would love to try it again. The only negative is it's a little pricey for breakfast...

A nice restaurant with a unique drink menu and great food. We sat outside. The weather was nice and the staff were friendly and professional. We had shrimp tacos, birria grilled cheese please, and veggie sandwich. All were great. The grilled cheese didn't taste very cheesy but the beef was tender. My lavender drink was refreshing.

Came in for brunch today and was happy to see that for once, the place wasn't packed. Sat outside on the patio, where it was quiet, and there was a nice breeze. Ordered the Mini Pancakes for my toddler son, which he loved. I chose the Avo Toast and Que Churro waffle (sans Caramel sauce), for myself. Waffles were tasty, but caked in cinnamon sugar, so I only ate half. Took the rest home for later. Avocado Toast was generous in serving size, and well blended. Would have liked a tad more flavor in the avocado mash, but I ate every bite! Our server, Mericis, was outstanding. She was polite, knowledgeable and attentive, checking in regularly to make sure we were ok. She patiently explained all the specials and suggested the Bees Knees drink, something I wouldn't have otherwise tried. It was actually pretty good! Would definitely return.

The food was very good. Creative and interesting. The space is a little loud, but it was packed for a Wednesday afternoon. My only real complaint is that everything was sooooo slow! It took forever for things to happen.

Come here for the vibes bc it's gorgeous inside and outside with a photo ops area. The food is not bad but don't expect to be blown away...the prices are also not cheap - my rating is more accurately a 3.8 for the food. The one item that I thought was surprisingly good was the meat patty in their burger - it's seasoned very well and the meat itself is very flavourful. I wasn't a fan of the birria eggstra bout it omelette ($19.95) - the birria was overly salty. Fiesta Scramble Bowl ($16.50) - scrambled eggs with pork, potatoes, seasoning. Not bad. Panquesito Tres Leches ($18.95) - guava infused pancakes soaked in sweet cream lechera topped with queso mousse, guava sauce, house granola, and fresh fruit. It sounds impressive but I couldn't really taste the guava in the pancake even though it was supposedly guava infused. It was pretty good but not amazing. Open Face Brunchin Burger ($24.95) - this is good, in particular their patties are good, but it's a very small burger so I think this is too expensive. I've been here a couple of times and the servers were always friendly but we had to ask for more water. Overall it's a really cute place and great for catching up with friends.

Great ambiance! Beautiful decor! Friendly staff! Deliciously yummy food! Love the coffee selections! Street metered parking! Would recommend making reservations for the weekend! During the week, typically can get a table without reservations or wait!

Looks like they renovated the inside, looks completely different in a good way! Seems like menu also got a revamp, many cool mock tail and drink options.
